A life-long advocate for fairness and justice, Susan Stallings will bring common sense and more than 20 years of experience to the bench as District Judge.
An Advocate for Victims
Susan currently serves the people of Oklahoma County as an assistant district attorney where she leads the county’s Domestic Violence Unit. In this role, Susan works with law enforcement officers to protect victims of domestic violence from further harm at the hands of their abusers. Susan also trains frontline officers from law enforcement agencies across the county on proper policies and procedures in the safe and lawful investigation of alleged abuse cases.
A Seasoned Prosecutor
Susan has served as an assistant attorney general for the state of Oklahoma as well as the Muscogee (Creek) Nation. Susan began her legal career as an assistant district attorney in Oklahoma County’s Juvenile Court Division. She as also worked as a child support enforcement attorney.

Throughout her career in county, state, federal and tribal courts, Susan has represented the people of Oklahoma by seeking justice for victims of crime while always maintaining a strong code of fairness for the accused.
A proud Oklahoman, Susan holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and an undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University.
